Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

Most domestic orders should be received within 2-5 business days. In the event you do not receive your order within that time frame, please allow 10-20 business days for your order to arrive. Sometimes there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as: extreme weather, holidays, global events, etc.

Shipping Days

Orders are usually shipped out on weekdays with the exception of public holidays. 

Shipping Fees

There are no shipping fees for ANY domestic order. Enjoy fast and free shipping every day.

Order Addresses

Orders are sent to the delivery address submitted with your order. Please ensure the address is correct or shipping charges for the return of the parcel and resending of the parcel will be charged to the customer. 

Order Tracking

All orders are assigned a tracking ID. Your parcel can be tracked to the point of delivery. You should receive an email with your tracking ID after your order has been shipped. In the event you do not, please reach out to us via email with your order number or email address used to place the order. Email  hello@litepakhardware.com

Do You Ship International? 
At the current moment we DO NOT  ship internationally. 
Missing, damaged or incorrect orders
Please report missing parcels, damaged or incorrectly filled orders via our support page. Please quote your order number with your email.
